Revising While Operating

The Copper Vine Restaurant upgrades were completed while the restaurant stayed in operation. There was in-depth coordination with Ownership and the Arch Builders Team to get all work completed through multiple construction phases over the course of one year. The interior work included fabricating and installing all the casework, banquettes, and finish carpentry in the existing restaurant’s footprint along with the newly added 1^st and 2^nd floor dining rooms. There was especially a high level of detail considered when constructing the Wine Room in the restaurant’s waiting area, along with the host stand where the many patrons are greeted prior to enjoying a wonderful experience. The millwork was custom fabricated that utilized cherry hardwoods and veneers as well as incorporating decorative metals, tile, and lighting to help create a memorable experience while guests are dining.
